These terms apply to the KIPAS FOOTBALL game, the KIPAS FOOTBALL game server and this website (together, “KIPAS FOOTBALL” or “the service”). By downloading, installing or playing KIPAS FOOTBALL, or by using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can play
You must be old enough to accept these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian must read and accept these terms for you.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens on it.
- Keep your login details and verification codes private. Never share them, not even with someone who says they are staff.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
- We may ask you to verify your account before you can use some or all of the service.
Downloading the game
Download the official APK only from this website. Copies from other places may be modified, unsafe or unable to connect to our server, and we cannot support them. Do not re-upload or redistribute the APK; share a link to this website instead.
You install the APK at your own risk and you are responsible for your device and its settings.
Fair play
When you use KIPAS FOOTBALL you agree not to:
- use cheats, hacks, bots, modified clients or any software that gives you an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs or glitches (please report them to us instead);
- attack, overload or reverse engineer the game server or this website, or try to reach accounts or data that are not yours;
- buy, sell, trade or share accounts or verification codes;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or pretend to be staff or someone else;
- use the service for anything illegal.
Found a security problem? Tell us privately and give us reasonable time to fix it before you share it with anyone.
Virtual items
The game may include virtual items such as player cards, coins or other in-game currency. They have no real-world money value, can only be used inside the game and cannot be exchanged for money or moved outside the game unless we say otherwise. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as part of running the game.
Changes and availability
We run KIPAS FOOTBALL “as is” and “as available”. The server may be offline for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we may change, pause or end any part of the service at any time. If we ever have to restore data or fix errors, progress or items may be rolled back.
Suspension and termination
We may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or put the game, the server or other players at risk. You can stop playing at any time. To have your account deleted, contact us.
Names and trademarks
The KIPAS FOOTBALL name and logo, this website and the content we create belong to us. Please do not use them in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you.
Names of real clubs, leagues, competitions and players, and any other trademarks that appear in the game, belong to their respective owners. KIPAS FOOTBALL is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Disclaimers and liability
As far as the law allows, KIPAS FOOTBALL is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. When a change is important we will announce it on this website. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
