What KIPAS FOOTBALL collects when you use this website, verify your account or play on our server, and what we do with it. Short version: only what we need.

Who we are

KIPAS FOOTBALL (also known as SiKipas) runs the KIPAS FOOTBALL game server and this website. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means the KIPAS FOOTBALL team. You can reach us using the details in the Contact section.

What we collect

  • Account verification. The Player ID and verification code you type into the form. We send them to our game server to check them, together with your IP address to help stop abuse, and we do not use them for anything else.
  • Technical data. Like every website, our server receives your IP address, your browser type and the pages you open. Our hosting provider may keep this in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
  • Abuse protection. To stop people guessing codes, we keep a short record of verification attempts: a one-way coded version (a keyed hash) of your IP address and Player ID, and the time of each attempt. Old records are removed automatically.
  • In the game. Our game server stores what it needs to run the game, such as your Player ID, profile, progress, items and match data.

This website does not take payments, and it does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Cookies

This website sets one cookie, kf_sid. It is a session cookie that keeps the verification form secure by protecting it against forged requests, and your browser deletes it when you close it. Because it is strictly necessary for the form to work, it does not need your consent. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

  • to run the game and your account;
  • to confirm that an account belongs to you;
  • to keep the game fair and secure, including spotting cheating and abuse;
  • to reply when you contact us;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share it with services that help us run KIPAS FOOTBALL (such as our hosting provider), when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect players and the service.

How long we keep it

  • Verification attempts: removed automatically after a short time.
  • Server logs: for the limited time our hosting provider keeps them.
  • Game account data: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Security

This website uses HTTPS, protects the verification form against forged requests and limits how often codes can be tried. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account details and codes private.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information linked to your account. We may need to confirm that the account is yours first. Deleting your account removes your progress and items for good.

Children

KIPAS FOOTBALL is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
